I know what it feels like to be in a salon that doesn't value you. Where you're just a chair producing revenue. Where growth is a word on a brochure, not something that actually happens. Where you finish a long day and wonder if this is it.
That's not Alchemy Park.
I built this place because I believe the people behind the chair deserve as much as the people sitting in it. I went full service not just to serve more guests, but to create real career paths for real people. Because your craft deserves a home that grows with you.
What we've built here is a community. We lead with empathy. We communicate like adults. We hold each other accountable because we care , not because we're watching. We celebrate wins, we invest in education, and we protect the culture like it's the most valuable thing we have. Because it is.
